		QUALIFICATIONS FOR ORDINATION & LICENSING

		An Applicant must:

		Spiritual

		A.	Show evidence of a genuine experience in regeneration (new birth) John 1:12-13,
			3:3-7, 1 Peter 1:18-25.
		B.	Show evidence of a consistent Christian life, Romans 6:4, 13:13-14, Ephesians
			4:17-32, 5:1-15, 1 John 1:5-7.
		C.	Be willing to attend and contribute regularly to support the Local Church and
			RSOTA according to his or her ability to do so, Hebrews 10:25, 2 Corinthians
			9:6-10.
		D.	Meet Scriptual qualifications, 1Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:7-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4.
		E.	Be a member of a Local Church in good standing.
		F.	Be involved in a specific area of ministry, such as Pastor, Evangelist,
			Missionary, Bible Teacher Youth Pastor or other.

		Educational

		A.	Three years Bible College graduate or two years formal Bible School training
			with four years or more active work in Ministry.
		B.	When there is only active ministry, the discretion of the Ordaining Council will
			apply.
